We extend our delivery services within the United Arab Emirates and worldwide, ensuring the seamless arrival of our sustainable clothing through a reliable courier service.

Delivery Charges

Domestic: We offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the UAE.

International: A flat shipping charge of USD 40 is applied to all orders outside of UAE.

Kindly note that International orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.
All prices are exclusive of any applicable local charges and taxes, which may be incurred. Kindly note that these charges are the responsibility of the esteemed customer. In the event of a refusal to pay customs fees, the package will return to us. The refund, processed solely through the Original Mode of Payment, will be executed within 10 to 45 days, subject to the policies of the issuing bank of the credit card.

How soon can I expect the arrival of my order?

Every order, crafted with precision, undergoes thorough checks before embarking on its journey to you. For our local patrons in the UAE, anticipate the arrival of your sustainable and ethically crafted pieces within 3 to 5 working days.

For those beyond the UAE, it may take up to 15 working days as your order, makes its way to you. Kindly note, customs clearance may influence delivery timelines.

My order has not arrived yet, help!

To avoid delays in delivery, please provide your full address and contact details. In the rare instance that your order, surpasses our usual prompt delivery, please accept our sincerest apologies. I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
