However, in the unlikely event that you do wish to return or exchange an item, allow us to guide you through the process.

Understanding Damage Claims:

  • Every garment emerges from the hands of a dedicated community of weavers and tailors in an Indian village, each piece a testament to our commitment to sustainable fashion, ethical fashion, and eco-friendly practices.
  • Variations in colors, prints, weaves, and stitches are intentional, reflecting the eco-friendly process and adding a distinct human touch.
  • Deliberate rough finishes are crafted to impart a rustic allure.
  • Additionally, the enchanting colors may evolve and dim subtly after multiple washes, a testament to the natural dyes used and further contributing to the garment's unique character.
  • We kindly request adherence to the care instructions attached; if 'Dry Clean Only' is specified, we recommend following that guideline for optimal preservation.

Here's what you should know for a smooth sustainable fashion buying journey

Return Window:

  • You have a 7-day window to initiate a return. Kindly share your intention by emailing us at hello@vinosupraja.com, including the reason for the return, your delivery address, and your original order number.
  • Following your email, we will assess if the return aligns with our criteria. Upon approval, we'll promptly notify you. If, for any reason, we cannot accept your return, we will communicate the details to you.
  • Ensure the product reaches our studio within 7 days of receiving the return approval email. Please find our contact details here.
  • Clothes sent without prior email communication will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment, taking 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card's issuing bank.
  • Opt for store credit if you prefer a refund towards another delightful purchase.
  • If we don't hear from you within 7 days of receiving the package, the garment is deemed sold.

Return Shipping Charges:

Please be mindful that customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items.

Immaculate Returns:

     Send items back in their original condition, unworn, with labels intact, and packaged just like you received them. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges for damaged items, so pack with care. Each returned package holds significance, and we appreciate your diligence in ensuring its secure journey back to us

      Exclusions:

      • Items purchased during sales, pop-up stalls, or special discounts are ineligible for return.
      • Accessories like Scarves and Masks are ineligible for exchange or return.

        Return Policy for International orders:

        Unfortunately, returns for international orders cannot be accommodated.

        Return of faulty or incorrect item:

        If you've received a faulty item, rest assured, it's an uncommon occurrence, as we prioritize stringent quality control. However, if you believe your item is defective:

        • Capture a photo of the defective garment within 7 days of receiving the package and email it to us at hello@vinosupraja.com. Ensure your email includes a detailed description of the defect, your delivery address, and your original order number.
        • Act promptly, as a garment is considered sold if we don't receive any communication from you within 7 days of receiving the package.
        • Upon receiving your email, we'll carefully assess if the reason for the return aligns with our criteria. If approved, we'll notify you via email. In the event we cannot accept your return, we'll communicate the details to you.
        • Ensure the product reaches us within 7 days of receiving our return approval email. Clothes sent without prior email communication will not be accepted.
        • Refunds will be processed exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Alternatively, opt for store credit for another beautiful purchase.

        Remember, if we don't hear from you within 7 days of receiving the package, the garment is considered sold. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you throughout the process.

        Change of Size:

        • Check our handy size guide on every product page before placing an order to ensure the right fit.
        • If the ordered item doesn't fit, notify us via email at hello@vinosupraja.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the required size, your delivery address, and the original order number.
        • After notifying us, we'll email you to approve the return. If, for any reason, we cannot accept your return, we'll inform you, though most size exchanges are approved.
        • The returned product should reach us within 7 days of receiving our return approval email, in original condition, tags intact, carefully sent in the original packaging.
        • Clothes sent without prior email communication will not be accepted.
        • Upon receiving the safely returned garment, we'll issue a store credit for the purchase amount.
        • Use the store credit to place a new order for the desired size.
        • Remember, if we don't hear from you within 7 days of receiving the package, the garment is considered sold.
        • Once we receive your new order, we'll dispatch the correct-sized garment promptly.

        Please note that items on sale, those with special discounts, or from pop-up stalls are not eligible for exchange.

        Cancellation Policy:

        You can cancel your order within 24 hours. If cancelled within this timeframe, we will initiate the return of your payment. Refunds will be processed exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

        Remember, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
