#KILLERFASHION – STOP FASHION THAT KILLS ANIMALS

The campaign #killerfashion is our attempt to draw attention to the detrimental effects of fast fashion and wasteful consumption. In a consumer culture of endless options and tempting deals, the deadly impact on the environment and wildlife often goes unnoticed.

At Vino Supraja, we prioritize our planet's well-being when creating garments. Our ongoing commitment to sustainability is reflected in our use of organically produced, natural fibres, and pigments.

IT’S FASHION FOR US, BUT END OF SEASON FOR ANIMALS

Fast fashion's voracious appetite for raw materials like cotton, leather, and wool fuels habitat destruction. Forests and ecosystems are razed for monoculture plantations, harming wildlife and pushing species to the brink of extinction.

700 AQUATIC ANIMALS WILL GO EXTINCT, UNLESS WE ACT NOW

Fashion's synthetic dye processes release toxic chemicals into surrounding rivers, contaminating water systems. With up to 200 tonnes of water used per tonne of fabric, much is returned as hazardous waste, harming marine life.

SAVE THEM FROM GOING OFF THE PLANET

Aquatic animals, birds, tigers, orangutans…the list is endless when it comes to fast fashion’s negative impact on the environment.

At Vino Supraja, with hand-loomed textiles and certification from the Global Organic Textile Standard, we ensure eco-consciousness at every step.

FASHION THAT’S TRENDING IS ALSO THREATENING

Reducing waste is a core value at Vino Supraja, achieved through recycling unused materials and consumer education. Our clothes are crafted to last, encouraging wearability for years to come. Embracing the "30 wears" rule, we aim to redefine fashion choices with longevity and thoughtful choices. Check our sustainability report to know how we’re doing our bit to combat the challenges posed by fast fashion aka #killerfashion.

TOGETHER LET'S STOP #KILLERFASHION
