Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges

We’re so confident that you will love our garments that we can’t think of any reason why you would want to return them to us- unless, of course, you ordered the wrong size!

However, in the unlikely event that you do wish to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know.

Our returns policy - ONLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN INDIA

We accept items that are returned to us only when:

  • You need the same garment in a different size.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • You receive a tampered product.

All items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with the labels still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange an item if the above conditions have not been met.

Sorry, but we can’t accept returns for international orders and items bought on sale or special discounts.

Accessories like Scarves and Masks are not eligible for exchange or returns.

For your understanding

All the garments are handmade with lots of love by a small community of weavers and tailors in a village in India. Things like uneven colours, prints, weaves, and stitches are all because of the eco-friendly process. They are not glitched, but they add a human touch to the garment. Most of the time, rough finishes are intentional to give a rustic effect. Also, the colours may fade a little after several washes. That is the effect of natural dyes used. That again adds character to the garment.

How to return a faulty or incorrect item?

We are hot on quality control, and we apologise profusely if you have received a faulty item. We promise this is very unusual! However, if you feel your item is defective,

  • Please take a photo of the defective garment within 2 days of receiving the package and send it to us by email. Please also make sure you include a description of the defect, your delivery address, and your original order number. Write to hello@vinosupraja.com.
  • A garment is considered sold, if we didn’t receive any communication from you within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • After we receive your email, we’ll first check that the reason for the return meets our returns criteria. If it does, we will mail you back approving your return. If there is a reason why we cannot accept your return, we’ll email you back to let you know.
  • The product should reach us back within 14 days of receiving our return approval email.
  • Clothes sent without email communication will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What about if you need the same item in a different size?

We have a handy size guide here. Please have a look to check your size before you place an order. If you ordered an item and it doesn’t fit, you can return it to us. Here’s how:

  • Please take a photo of the garment within 2 days of receiving the package and send it by email. Please also make sure you mention the size change, your delivery address, and your original order number. Write to hello@vinosupraja.com
  • A garment is considered sold, if we didn’t receive any communication from you within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • After we receive your email, we will mail you back approving your return. If there is a reason why we cannot accept your return, we’ll email you back to let you know. In most cases, size exchange returns are approved.
  • The product should reach us back within 14 days of receiving our return approval email.
  • Clothes sent without email communication will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
  • You can then place a new order for the correct size.
  • We will despatch the garment of the correct size as soon as we receive the new order.
  • The customer will bear shipping charges.

Please note that if the item was on sale when you bought it or had any special discount applied, we would not be able to offer an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours.

If the order is cancelled before 24 hours, we will initiate the return of your payment. 

Please note that you cannot cancel an order after 24 hours.
